Tip 1: Creating a budget

Microsoft Office Project 2007 has a few updates that make it easy to use.  One thing that MS Project does is create a budget for you.  To do this you need to enter cost rates by clicking view, resource sheet, resource name, and then the std. Rate or ovt. Rate for the calculation to occur.
