How do I insert a text box into my PowerPoint Presentation?In the Ribbon, which is the new style toolbar, you have a tab called ‘insert’; click over to the insert section. In insert it will offer you an option for a text box. Select that option and a text box will appear. You will need to resize the box for your needs. How do I insert other media in to my presentation?
Can I open a PowerPoint Presentation from a previous version?Unfortunately,with 2007 you may have a little trouble opening up earlier versions. The exact format you have from the earlier version may not come over. However you can still open the file. PowerPoint works the same way as Word. It has a built in option to allow you to open anything with the same save. In other words if you have presentation saved as PowerPoint you can open it. |
